Can I cancel an order?

  • We have a strict no cancellation policy.  We request you to kindly place an order only if you are 100% sure.

What is the Refund / Exchage Policy?

  • We won’t accept returns unless until if we have send a damaged / wrong product sent to you. Strictly no returns will be taken for the slight colour variation or feel of the material as we use the pure and fine quality silk for weaving our sarees. 
  • Small threat pulling and small stain not damage.  

  • We take all effort to reproduce the same colour, there will a colour variation due to the device pixel or device temperature or due to the screen brightness. 

  • For wrong product delivery and major damages, you have to send proper unboxing video, within 24 hours Starting from the time of delivery, (Video should not have any cut or pause and it’s should be taken in proper lighting).

Return Policy

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at Instagram or WhatsApp +91 8870088495. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
